The following documents are required for submission during the admission process:
- Duly Completed Application Form : The admission form must be accurately filled in and signed by the parents/guardians.
- Birth Certificate : A photocopy of the child’s Birth Certificate (issued by the municipal authority) must be provided as proof of age.
- Aadhar Card : A copy of the Aadhar Card of both the child and parents (if available) for identification purposes.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) : For admissions from Grade 2 and above, a Transfer Certificate (TC) from the previous school is mandatory.
- Progress Report/Mark Sheet : For admissions to higher classes (Grade 1 onwards), the Progress Report or Mark Sheet of the previous academic year must be submitted.
- Passport-Sized Photographs : 4 recent passport-sized photographs of the student.
2 recent passport-sized photographs of each parent/guardian. - Caste Certificate (if applicable) : In case of students belonging to SC/ST/OBC categories, a copy of the Caste Certificate is required.
- Medical Certificate : A Medical Certificate from a qualified doctor stating that the child is physically fit to attend school.
- Address Proof : A copy of Address Proof (such as a Ration Card, Electricity Bill, or Rental Agreement) for residential verification.
