Application for Withdrawal
Parents who wish to withdraw their child from the school must submit a written application stating the reason for withdrawal. The application should be addressed to the school principal and submitted at least one month in advance.
Clearance of Dues
All outstanding dues, including tuition fees, transport fees, and other charges, must be cleared before the Transfer Certificate (TC) is issued.
Refund Policy
Any refund of fees is subject to the school’s refund policy. Typically, fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases of specific pre-approved circumstances.
Transfer Certificate (TC)
Upon completion of the withdrawal process, the school will issue the Transfer Certificate (TC) and other relevant documents (e.g., mark sheets, progress reports) within a stipulated period.
